The building process was a long and testing one for my husband and i, but knowing we had the team at astute to handle all the of payments and transfers made the world of difference. Mark and I walked into Astute financial to have a meeting with broker Lisa Cody, we went in thinking we would get knocked back but Lisa’s positive attitude and passion for her job got us excited. Lisa always kept great communication and got us over the line. 🤗🤗 We then dealt mostly with Taleisha, Lisa’s loans support officer – she answered all of my silly questions and made things super simple for us as first time builders and home owners. Buying your first home is a very stressful process. There is only so much information you can take on board before it all becomes a complicated mess.
